JetBlue Military Baggage Policy and Discounts
JetBlue offers special advantages for US Military members, both active and retired. This includes special fares via Veterans Advantage, as well as discounted Military Fares when not traveling on orders. You will be able to book MIL fares by calling 1-800-JETBLUE, and will need to present the name of the Active Duty Military Member, Brance of Service, and Military Rank. JetBlue also provides special baggage allowances for Active Duty US Military members travelling on orders and for leisure.

JetBlue Military Baggage Allowance when Travelling on Orders
JetBlue allows US Military Members travelling on orders to check-in 5 bags each for US Military Members and Dependents free of charge. You will need to show your travel orders and DoD Common Access Card to receive this benefit. Standard baggage weight and size allowances apply.
JetBlue Military Baggage Allowance for Leisure Travel
JetBlue allows Active US Military Members and their Dependents (when travelling together) check-in 2 bags free of charge when travelling for leisure on JetBlue. Standard baggage weight and size allowances apply. You will need to show your DoD Common Access Card to receive this benefit. You are also entitled to a 5% discount on JetBlue flights (applies to base fare) when travelling for leisure when booking a Jetblue's special Military Fare class (MIL).
