TUIfly Baggage Fees 2019
Carry On Size & Weight - Checked Bag Fee

With TUIfly, the maximum weight for free hand baggage is 6 kg (55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm); passengers are entitled to free carriage of 1 item of hand baggage per person plus notebook. Please stow any light items – such as coats or small bags – in the overhead compartments above your seat. Please note that heavy items have to be stowed under the seat in front of you.

Provided that musical instruments do not exceed the customary size and the customary weight for hand luggage, they can be carried in the cabin as hand luggage without any problems. Please note that even blunt objects such as golf clubs, baseball bats, tennis racquets etc. cannot be carried in the cabin.

For Pure Fare passengers, TUIfly does not offer any free checked baggage allowance. You will be charged a fee for every checked bag, which we recommend to register through the TUIfly website rather than paying at the airport, as it is significantly cheaper.

Fees for 1st bag for TUIFLY Pure Fare passengers, if paid it advance:

15 kg EUR 15.00 (EUR 85.00 at airport)
20 kg EUR 20.00 (EUR 90.00 at airport)
25 kg EUR 25.00 (EUR 120.00 at airport)
32 kg EUR 40.00 (EUR 140.00 at airport)

All TuiFly Perfect Fare passengers are entitled to a free checked baggage limit of 20 kg. For passengers travelling together, the total weight of all of the checked baggage may not exceed the free baggage limit of 20 kg per piece of baggage.

For TUI Card Gold holders, the free baggage limit on flights with TUIfly airlines is 30 kg for one piece of luggage (for bookings made with a tour operator, different rules may apply).

Additional pieces of baggage can be booked with various weight limitations. through the TUIfly website. Extra weight can be added online as well. The maximum weight for each individual piece of baggage is 32 kg and the maximum dimensions of 80 x 65 x 45 cm cannot be exceeded. A maximum of 5 bags total may be checked in per passenger.

Fees for additional bags (bags 2-5, all passengers). Please note, the fee is 10 EUR higher for each bag if paying for extra bags at the airport rather than online.
