Gol Airlines passengers may bring one piece of hand baggage with maximum dimensions of 35 x 25 x 55 cm. The maximum weight of the cabin baggage is limited to a maximum of 10kg / 22lbs.

Gol Airlines Checked Baggage Fees 2023 - Checked Bag Weight & Size Limits
The checked baggage allowance on GOL Airlines depends on your fare type, with the lowest fare types (Promo and Light) not including any free checked baggage, meaning that you must pay for every checked bag. Other fares such as Plus, Max, and Premium Economy include either 1 or 2 free checked bags.
If you do not have any free checked baggage, you can purchase a baggage allowance before your flight. It is much cheaper to purchase it ahead of time paying online rather than at the airport at check-in.
All checked luggage on GOL Airlines must weigh less than 23 kg / 50 lbs, and suitcases are limited in size to 50 x 28 x 80 cm.
If you have already bought your ticket, but you haven't added any checked luggage to your flight, you can still do so by going to "My Reservations" on the GOL Airlines website and add your luggage there. It is much cheaper to do this as soon as possible, because the prices of checked luggage go up at 48 hours before departure.

Please note that GOL Airlines has very high excess baggage fees if flying with more than 2 pieces of luggage - these fees are especially high on GOL's international flights, so be sure to keep these fees in mind if planning on flying with more luggage on GOL Airlines, and consider flying with another airline when possible to avoid these high fees.
