Each passenger is allowed to carry on board only one piece of hand baggage and one personal item.

Maximum weight of hand baggage is 5 kg or 11 lbs. and its size (Length Width Height) must not exceed the sum of 126 cm or 50 in (56 x 45 x 25 cm or 22 x 18 x 10 in).
These dimensions include wheels, handles, side pockets, etc.

A briefcase or laptop is also allowed as hand baggage.

We recommend you to carry in your cabin baggage all your documents and valuable items (for instance, passport and any other means of identification, visa, international vaccination passport, international health insurance certificates, travel documents, securities, negotiable papers, electronic equipment, money and credit cards, jewellery, medication).

Delivery at aircraft
If your hand baggage is over-size / over-weighed (can be even a pushchair/ stroller/ wheelchair) but you do not wish it to be checked, the check-in agent will attach a special label marked "Delivery at Aircraft" (DAA) to your baggage. This type of baggage must not weigh more than 8 kg. Upon boarding, you will hand your baggage over to the handling agent and it will be handed back to you at the aircraft stairs upon disembarkation. This procedure can also be used if you have a very short connection time.

20 kg (44 lbs.) for economy class passengers
20 kg (44 lbs.) for children aged between 2-12 years
10 kg (22 lbs.) for infants aged between 0-2 years
30 kg (66 lbs.) for business class passengers

The maximum dimensions of checked baggage must not exceed 203 cm or 80 in (length width height), wheels, handles, side pockets, etc. included.

Such amount is specified on the ticket or itinerary receipt. Baby strollers and wheelchairs are carried free of charge.

Checked baggage must be clearly labeled with your name and permanent address inside and outside each piece; it is advisable to use a strong baggage that can be locked. When you check-in your baggage, you will receive a baggage identification tag for each piece. The Business class passenger's baggage is specially labeled for priority boarding. Your checked baggage will be carried on the same aircraft as you, unless we decide, for safety, security or operational reasons, to carry it on another flight. In such cases, your checked baggage will be delivered to you at the specified address unless the law in the country of destination requires your presence for Customs clearance.

Checked baggage may not contain fragile items, valuable items, perishable items, dangerous goods.
