As an ultra low-cost airline, NewLeaf plans to charge for every item of baggage, including carry-on baggage. A single small carry-on item will be allowed to be stored under the seat in front of you.
NewLeaf is currently postponing operations until some issues with the Canadian Transport Agency are resolved regarding its position as to licensing as an Indirect Air Service Provider, and will be refunding all tickets sold to date.
