Skyways Baggage Fees 2011
Carry On Size & Weight - Checked Bag Fee

Maximum weight for hand baggage is 5 kg/person and the maximum measurements are 45x35x20 cm.

The European Union has adopted a regulation restricting the liquids that passengers can carry in their hand luggage past screening points and then onto aircraft. Checked in baggage are not affected by the restrictions.

You may take the following items onboard in your hand luggage:
Liquids for medical purposes
Special dietary requirements, including baby food.

NOTE: When travelling with City Airline it is their rules that apply. When travelling with Air Baltic it is their rules that apply .

NEW RULES FROM AUGUST 15 2011
Skyways are changing baggage rules as from August 15 2011. This is due to a new international baggage resolution. You will be able to carry one (1) piece of luggage onboard free of charge. See our new rules regarding overweight below. Please notice that operating carrier baggage rules apply. Please visit the homepage of the operation airline for further information.

Business class bookings 1 piece, max 32 kg
Economy class booking 1 piece, max 23 kg

Overweight
1 piece 01-23 kg 200 SEK
1 piece 24-31 kg 300 SEK
1 piece 32 kg 600 SEK

Max 1 piece extra per person apart from special luggage

Please notice that we cannot handle baggage where the weight exceeds 32 kg/bag.

Please note that the responsibility for the fragile or valuable goods lies with the traveler. Examples of perishable goods are: Money, keys, medicine printed prescription, eyeglasses / sunglasses, bottles, cameras, jewellery, computers, mobile phones, music instruments, passports, or other personal identification documents or other valuables.
