Brussels Airlines allows 1 piece of carry-on baggage not exceeding 55x40x23cm, plus 1 personal item. The total weight of your carry-on bag and personal item is limited to a maximum of 12kg combined.
Examples of personal items are: a handbag, a laptop bag, a briefcase or a camera bag.
Other smaller items like jackets, duty free bags, etc. should be stored in either your carry-on bag or personal item.
* Bizz&Class and Business Class passengers are allowed 2 carry-on bags plus 1 small accessory.
** Total hand baggage weight for Bizz&Class and Business Class passengers may not exceed 16kg.
Please make sure that your carry-on bag respects the size and weight limits. If you proceed directly to the gate and your hand baggage is determined to be overweight or oversized, you will be charged €45 per item. The charge can be paid on the spot via debit/credit card or with cash at the Service desk. In the event that you cannot pay this amount, you will be denied boarding.
On charter flights (flight numbers SN1001 to SN1200) the hand baggage allowance is limited to 6kg.
