Sun Country Airlines does not include any additional carry-on or checked baggage allowance for infants less than 2 years old flying on a parent's lap. The only exception is that a car seat and stroller will be accepted to be transported free of charge.
You may check-in your stroller and car seat at the ticket counter together with your regular suitcase, or bring them to the gate and drop them off when boarding the aircraft. In either case, this is free of charge and these do not count toward your checked baggage allowance.

Child Baggage Allowance on Sun Country Airlines
Children flying in their own seat (meaning they are flying with their own purchased ticket) have the same baggage allowance as a regular adult, depending on the fare class/bundle options that you have purchased. In addition, you may bring a stroller (as checked luggage) and car seat (either as checked luggage or for use during the flight) free of charge.
You may check-in the stroller and car seat at the check-in counter, or choose to use the stroller through the airport and drop it off at the boarding gate when getting onto the plane. Your child's car seat can either be checked-in as a piece of luggage, or if you prefer it can be brought on board for your child to use during the flight (recommended as the safest way to fly for children that are unable to sit upright on their own).The car seat must meet the FAA's safety requirements and be appropriately labeled as safe for use on an airplane (the affixed label must read: "This restraint is certified for use in motor vehicles and aircraft").
