Air Transat requires you to fill out and return their "Request for Transport of Mobility Aids and Assistance" form (https://staticcontent.transat.com/airtransat/pdf/EN/Form-Mobility-Aids-assistance-EN.pdf) no later than 48 hours prior to your departure in order to ensure arrangements can be properly made to assist you. Please submit the form by email to [email protected]. However, if you are unable to provide that much notice, Air Transat will still do their best to accommodate you.
Air Transat requests that you check in a minimum of three hours before departure to allow for proper and safe handling of your wheelchair or other mobility device. Air Transat will disassemble and reassemble your mobility aid where required, and return it to you either at the aircraft door or as soon as possible thereafter.
