TAP Portugal Overweight Baggage Fee 2023 - Extra Bag Fee - Oversize Baggage

Excess Baggage fees will be charged if the size or weight of your bag exceeds that allowed in your regular checked baggage allowance (usually 23 kg / 50 lbs for Economy Passengers). In accordance with international occupational health and safety standards, TAP does not transport luggage or other pieces of luggage weighing more than 32 kg.

Be aware that the TAP Air Portugal Excess Baggage fees are very expensive relative to other airlines, so keep this in mind when packing, or choose another airline if planning to fly with excess baggage.
