Where checked-in hold baggage exceeds the amount that you purchased, you can either add extra weight to your allowance online or at the airport. Keep in mind, it is significantly cheaper to plan this ahead of time and pre-purchase your excess weight allowance, as you will be charged almost 3x the amount at the airport check-in desk.

The maximum weight allowed is up to a maximum of 32 kg, so you can purchase a 23 Kg allowance and add 3 x 3 Kg of additional weight. If purchasing a 15 Kg allowance, the maximum you can add in weight is up to a total of 27 Kg.
No single piece of hold luggage can weigh more than 32 kg, due to health and safety restrictions.

If purchasing standard baggage and sports equipment, the exact distribution of weight between baggage items doesn't matter, subject to the maximum weights (32 kg per item) detailed above for health and safety reasons. For example: One passenger travelling buys a bag (23 kg) and an additional Large Sporting Equipment (32 kg) allowance. This gives an allowance of 2 items (which must include 1 sporting item), at a total weight of 55 kg. However, if the sporting item is 28 kg and the bag is 27 kg then that's fine!
One very important thing to remember: if you've said you'll be bringing sports equipment, you must do so. In the example where one hold bag and one piece of sports equipment has been purchased, one of the two items must be genuine sporting goods!
Please note that baggage fees will not be refunded once paid, even where you subsequently do not carry excess baggage, additional baggage, sporting equipment or musical instruments on your Flight.
Pushchairs
Pushchairs, buggies and travel cots can be taken right up to the aircraft door or steps and they're free of charge to bring on your flight. One of our crew will then take them from you and store them safely for you. You'll be able to pick them up when you land from the baggage carousel.
You can also check-in any pushchair or buggy at the check-in desk as hold baggage.
