Aeromexico does not require advance notice if you are travelling with your wheelchair or other mobility aid; simply register your wheelchair when you check in at the counter upon arrival at the airport, or at the boarding gate. If you check your wheelchair at the counter, Aeromexico offers their own wheelchair service from the check in counter to your gate.
Should your wheelchair have removable parts, such as footrests or cushions, you can remove these from your wheelchair and bring them in the cabin, or they can be checked in the hold with your wheelchair.

If you are travelling with a battery operated wheelchair, please ensure that the battery is removed, or the battery terminals are isolated in such a way that prevents accidental short-circuiting.
Other mobility aids such as crutches or orthopedic devices are permitted as carry-on baggage.
