Aeromexico's Free Checked Baggage Allowance depends on the origin and destination of your flights. For 2022, the discounted rate is applicable only if purchased more than 48 hours before your flight (24 hours for international flights) - otherwise the higher "Check-In Period" baggage fee will be charged if purchased with less than 48 hours (24 hour for international) before your flight. Please note the higher fees that are in effect as of early 2022.
Aeromexico Baggage Rules for Flights Within Mexico
Basic, Classic, Classic Flex Fare: no free baggage allowance included (1st Bag: $600 MXN / $1000 MXN during check-in period)
AM Plus, AM Plus Flex: 1 free bag, up to 25kg/55lbs
Clase Premier: 2 free bags, up to 32kg/70lbs each

Trips between Canada and Mexico
Main Cabin (Basic, Classic, Classic Flex, AM Plus, AM Plus Flex): No free checked baggage allowance included - $30 USD for first bag of 23kg / 50 lbs ($40 during check-in period), $60 USD for 2nd bag ($80 during check-in period)

Aeromexico Checked Bag Size Restrictions
Bags may have linear dimensions of up to 158 linear cm (62 linear inches)
Passengers Traveling With Infants
One stroller, bassinet or baby carrier, with a maximum weight of 44 lbs/20 kg and with a maximum linear measurement (length+width+height) of 45 in./1.15 m folded, is permitted at no extra charge.
