Virgin Atlantic Hockey Sticks and Hockey Bag Rules and Fees

Virgin Atlantic accepts hockey equipment, including hockey sticks, pucks, skates, and pads, as part of your standard free checked baggage allowance, as long as it stays within the 23 kg / 50 lbs weight limit.

If your hockey equipment weighs more than 23 kg / 50 lbs, the 65 GBP / $100 USD Overweight Baggage fee will apply.
