Flair Airlines allows hockey equipment to checked in upon payment of a Hockey Equipment fee of $59 + tax ($99 + tax at the airport). Be sure to pay for your hockey bag online, as it is much cheaper than at the airport.
There is a limit of one hockey equipment bag per customer that may contain: helmet, pucks, rings, footballs, sticks, pads, cleats, shoes and skates. The oversize bag fee will be waived for hockey equipment, but the overweight baggage fee will apply for bags weighing more than 23 kg / 50 lbs.
