Excess baggage charges apply to any items over the weight limit of 23 kg. You will be charged an Excess Bag fee of 15 EUR per kilo, per leg, for every kilo exceeding the weight limit. No individual bag may weigh more than 32 kg.

Oversized baggage refers to all items other than a suitcase, bag or backpack. Musical instruments or sporting equipment smaller than 90cm x 75cm x 55cm and between 2-23 kg is permitted as normal checked baggage. Maximum dimensions of any bag are: length 250cm, height 79cm, width 112cm, and total circumference of 300cm.
Transportation of bicycles, large musical instruments, surfboards, and other sports equipment must be booked online prior to departure, with special rates applicable for these items.
NOTE: As there are limitations regarding the number of bikes and certain large musical instruments that can be carried onboard, we recommend that you make your booking and reserve early. This will enable Norwegian to ensure that there will be space for your oversized item.
All passengers travelling with oversized baggage must be checked-in at least one hour before departure.
You have the option to purchase oversized baggage when travelling with Norwegian. Oversized baggage is charged per person per segment. Excess baggage will be charged for any item that exceeds 23kg. Excess baggage is charged per kilo.
