As an ultra low-cost airline, Lynx Air allows only a small personal item measuring 15 x 33 x 43 cm (6 x 13 x 17 inches) free of charge - if you want to bring a larger carry-on item that goes into the overhead bins, you will have to pay up.

The carry-on baggage fees on Lynx Air depend on the distance of your flight, as well as whether pre-purchasing online or paying for your bag at the airport. Lynx Air's carry-on bag fees have gone for flights booked on/after February 14 2023. It is much cheaper to plan ahead and pre-pay for your carry-on bags online, paying for your carry-on bag at the airport will cost you an extra $10.

Musical Instruments in the Cabin on Lynx Air
The carry-on baggage fee applies to musical instruments where the combined length, width and height of the instrument (including the case) is less than 113cm (45”). Musical instruments larger than this must be checked in.
Infant Equipment for Babies Under 2 Years Old
With Lynx Air, you may bring a diaper bag free of charge in addition to your small personal item when flying with a baby under 2 years old. You may check-in a car seat free of charge, but anything more you will have to pay.
Lynx Air does not accept your stroller free of charge - you will be charged a fee of $29.99-$34.99 when paying online ($39.99 - $45.19 at the airport) to check in your stroller. For any additional baby equipment, the standard checked baggage fees will apply.
