KLM Economy Class Checked Baggage Allowance - Intercontinental Flights - 2023
Economy Class passengers with "Standard" or "Flex" tickets on Intercontinental KLM flights are entitled to 1 piece of checked baggage weighing no more than 23kg/50lbs free of charge.

This does not apply to "Light" ticket passengers on most routes, who are not allowed any free checked baggage and will be charged for all bags. If buying a piece of baggage, be sure to do so online (minimum 24 hours before your flight), as it is significantly cheaper than at the airport. Prices depend on your exact flight, and range from 35 to 80 EUR, depending on the exact route and destination.
Some exceptions apply, offering higher baggage allowances for certain routes. Be sure to check your ticket for exact details.
