ITA Airways Light Fare - No Free Checked Bags
ITA Airway's cheapest Light Fare ticket does not include any free checked baggage, but you purchase a checked baggage if necessary. The cost depends on the origin/destination of your flight, and when you pay for your checked bags. The price of a first checked bag for Light Fare passengers is as follows:

National Flights - 55 EUR Online - 65 EUR at Airport
to/from Europe, North Africa and Middle East - 55 EUR Online - 65 EUR at Airport
from Europe to Brazil, Argentina and Japan - 65 EUR / 70 USD Online - 75 EUR / 80 USD at Airport

ITA Airways Free Checked Baggage Allowance by Fare Type
Light - No Free Baggage
Economy - 1 x 23 kg (2 x 23 kg to/from Tokyo, and between USA and Middle East excl Egypt and Israel)
Premium Economy - 2 x 23 kg
Business - 2 x 32 kg
Comfort (Rome-Milan) - 2 x 23 kg

Each piece of checked baggage can have a maximum size of 158 cm, which is calculated by adding the height, width, and depth of the bag together. The weight limit for each bag depends on the travel class and destination, with a maximum weight of either 23 or 32 kg.
