The Passenger when buying the ticket and at transfer airport is obliged to coordinate with the Airline the weight of the items he is going to transport in addition to the free baggage allowance.

The Airline reserves the right to restrict the acceptance or reject the passenger in transporting excess baggage, if the baggage was not booked in advance.

The Passenger is obliged to pay the excess baggage according to the tariff set at the time of carriage, for the whole carriage to the destination point. If the weight of one checked-in baggage item exceeds the allowed 50 kg, such baggage is carried only subject to prior agreement with the Airline ( and also on condition that there is enough ship room available) and paid according to the set tariff for the complete weight or is registered as cargo in accordance with cargo carriage rules.

If at the departure point the Passenger wishes to carry the baggage the amount of which is less than previously booked and paid, the difference in the charges between the stated and factual baggage weight is subject to refund in accordance with the tariff rules.

In case the Passenger has increased the carried baggage weight on the route he/she is obliged to pay the excess baggage charges or pay extra for the extra baggage the weight of which has not yet been paid for. In case the Passenger has decreased the weight of the carried baggage no recalculation of the previously made payments is made by the Airline.

The Passenger who wishes to transport over dimensioned baggage must tell the Airline about it when booking or buying a ticket.

If several carriers take part in the carriage, the airline shall obtain their consent for transporting over dimensioned baggage.

Over dimensioned baggage is accepted for carriage on condition that the sizes of the cargo hatches and the baggage-cargo compartments of the aircraft allow its lading (unloading) onto /from the aircraft and its distribution on board the aircraft.
This baggage shall have the accessories for its securing when moving it to the aircraft, from the aircraft and on board the aircraft.

The Airline reserves the right to reject the acceptance of excess baggage if it doesn’t comply with the stated regulations.

Over dimensioned baggage is not included in the free baggage allowance; the carriage of such baggage shall be paid according to the excess baggage tariff.

The payment for excess and over dimensioned baggage is made for whole kilograms. The round-off is made according to the following rules: the weight of less than 500 grams is rounded downward to the whole kilogram, the weight of more than 500 grams is rounded upward to the whole kilogram.
