Thomas Cook Scandinavia Overweight Baggage Fee 2019 - Extra Bag Fee - Oversize Baggage

Extra baggage weight is charged up to half price when booked in advance. The price includes both the outward and return journey. After we have received your order, we send a confirmation that you have to show when you check in at the airport. You pay for your extra weight on the plane together with the other products that you may have ordered. If the extra luggage is not pre-booked no later than five days before departure, we can not guarantee that it comes with the plane.

For certain destinations (e.g. Lanzarote), we may, for operational reasons do not offer this additional service. On trips to Florida is only possible to pre-book 20 kg extra luggage for the journey home.

Please note also that special baggage cannot be booked in as extra luggage weight.

There can be max. 20 kg extra weight per person.

NOTE: The certification must be presented at check-in.
5 kg extra weight - 150 kr
10 kg extra weight - 300 kr
15 kg extra weight - USD 450
20 kg extra weight - 600 kr

If you have not pre-booked extra luggage weight and carry more than the allowable standard weight when you check in counter will charge the following amounts per. extra pounds trip / return:
Short Routes - 35 kr
Long Routes* - 70 kr

* Long Routes are flights to Cuba and Thailand.

Special baggage
Special baggage as sports equipment, bicycles and golf bags are not included in standard luggage. On payment the equipment is carried on board.

Special baggage must be booked in advance on telephone 45 32 47 76 72 Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation that you have to show up at check-in. You pay on board along with your other tax-free purchases. For operational reasons we reserve the right to carry special baggage on a different plane than you are traveling with.

Passengers with reduced mobility
We can offer various forms of assistance to disabled passengers. It is important to mention at the time of reservation. The tour operator then encodes this information and then transmits to the airline. The following encodings are possible:
Passengers can only walk short distances.
Passengers can not climb stairs.
The passenger can not walk.

The above registration means automatic assistance with a wheelchair at the airport.
