In accordance with the International Regulations, one piece only will be accepted in the cabin and this may be no larger than 50x40x25 cm. (10x16"x20" inches) and weigh no more than 10 kgs.

Some items will be accepted on board without being labeled or heavy such as:
Paperback books
Warm clothing
Umbrella

Excess will be charged according to the flight sector to be flown. For bags that are excessively heavy: extra pieces must be checked. This one piece must be placed either under your seat or in an overhead storage bin of the aircraft. Bags with built-in roller boards will not be accepted in the cabin unless the dimensions including wheels and handles are as outlined above. Please refer to the section on checked baggage and carry your valuables, medications etc. with you in the cabin.

Wheelchairs
We do suggest that requests for seating or other services be made in advance of the flight by advising your travel agent at least 48 hours prior to flight departure of your special needs. Wheelchairs and aids to mobility are accepted as a courtesy. Wherever possible, the passenger would use their own wheelchair up to the door of the aircraft from which point it would be stowed in the hold. On arrival, every attempt is made to have the personal wheelchair available at the door depending on the airport of operation.

ORBEST is not able to accept wheelchairs or mobility aids with spillable (wet) batteries. Dogs for those with visual or auditory disabilities are accepted on board with a harness. In order to give the dog space, a bulkhead row, window seat would normally be assigned.
