AraJet's cheapest "Smart" fare does not include any free checked bags. Both the mid-level "Comfort" fare and most expensive "Extra" fare each include 1 free checked bag of 20 kg / 44 lbs. Be careful when packing, as this weight limit of 20 kg / 44 lbs is a bit less than the standard 23 kg / 50 lbs allowed by most other airlines.
It is possible to add an extra checked bag to your reservation, either as your 1st checked bag on a Smart fare, or as additional bags, by paying AraJet's extra bag fee. It is cheapest to pay for your bags while making your original reservation online, as the prices go up afterward, with the most expensive option being to pay for your bags at the airport. Each bag on AraJet is limited in size to 158 cm / 62 inches in Linear Dimensions, meaning the sum of Length, Width and Height (L+W+H). The weight allowance for each bag on AraJet is 20 kg / 50 lbs. If a bag is heavier than 20 kg / 50 lbs, an Overweight baggage fee will be charged. The maximum allowed weight for any bag is 32 kg / 70 lbs - heavier bags will not be accepted.
