This refers to those personal effects brought onto the airplane by the passenger, free of charge and considered under their custody and their responsibility. Each passenger may carry one piece of hand luggage plus a personal item.
Articles such as jackets, walking sticks, umbrellas, small cameras, binoculars, reading material or a small bag of duty free goods may be transported in addition to what has been previously mentioned, as long as the passenger keeps these with them or stows them under the seat in front of them.*
