Allegiant Air Golf Clubs Policy

Golf equipment on Allegiant air are considered as a checked baggage with all applicable fees applied per person, per bag, per segment. AApplicable fees will be applied for those bags exceeding the 40 lbs. weight limit and eighty inches size limits. The total number of bags allowed may not exceed 5 per passenger. No baggage more than 100 lbs. will be accepted.

Allegiant considers golf equipment as a golf bag (in a hard-sided golf bag carrying case provided by the passenger), including clubs, balls, and shoes.

The 80 inch linear dimensions of of their checked baggage allowance means you may be able to avoid additional oversize fees, depending on your golf travel case. However, keeping within the 40lbs weight limit may prove to be slightly more difficult.
