Checked Baggage Summary

Like most low-cost airlines, Tiger Airways charges for every checked bag. You must purchase a "Luggage Upsize" on the Tiger Airways website in order to be allowed to bring any checked baggage. If not booked up to 72 hours ahead of time, you'll be limited to a maximum of 15kg, and charged a much higher fee ($65) than when pre-booking online.

The cost of purchasing this baggage allowance is dependent on the weight desired (available from 15-30kg, in 5kg increments) and destination of your flight. The price will be presented to you while making your purchase.

If checking in baggage, be sure to arrive more than 2 hours before your departure.
