| COST | If the musical instrument exceeds the quantity/dimensions/weight of the carry on baggage allowance, it becomes part of your checked baggage allowance, which when exceeded is subject to any applicable excess baggage charges. |

Purchasing a seat for an instrument on Air Transat Flights
Air Transat does not offer the option to purchase an individual seat for your instrument on it's flights, so your instrument must be sent as checked luggage.
