Flying with Musical Instruments on Sunwing

 

When bringing a musical instrument on Sunwing, a limited release form releasing Sunwing of liability in case of damage must be signed at check-in.  [AMZ asins='B0CMR5YLMN,B01BGX82G8,B083TJQ1XN,B000T07XFG']

Please note: Musical instruments must be packed in their appropriate containers for check-in and should not contain other items (excluding clothes). Maximum size for carry-on is 23 cm x 41 cm x 51 cm (9” x 16” x 20”) and must weigh less than 5 kg. If the item exceeds the maximum size/weight, it must be prepared for check-in and carriage in the cargo hold of the aircraft. 

If weight exceeds the total ticketed allowance, excess charges will apply

For check-in of musical instruments, the weight is included in your checked baggage allowance. If it exceeds the allowance overweight/oversized baggage charges will apply.
