Air Transat Skis Policy

Air Transat will accept a set of skiing equipment in place of a regular piece of luggage as part of your free checked baggage allowance. Regular excess/overweight fees may apply.

Allowed as skiing equipment is the following:
1 pair of skis, 1 pair of boots, 2 poles, 1 helmet

Excess charges apply when free sporting equipment allowance (size/piece/weight) is exceeded.

Pole tips must be covered.

Place your skis or snowboard and poles in a ski or snowboard bag and your boots in another bag.

When flying on Air Transat to South destinationas, to Europe, or to the Middle East, you are permitted one free set of skiing equipment up to 20kg/44lbs in addition to your regular free baggage allowance, free of charge.
