Skis and Skiing Equipment are accepted subject to pre-notification and confirmation by SATA.

Domestic routes: 25 EUR per item
Europe and Africa routes: 30 EUR per item
USA, Canada, and Bermuda: 90 CAD / 70 USD / 55 EUR per item
It is recommended to add your ski equipment to your flight reservation as early as possible, either online or by calling SATA Azores Airlines Reservations, to ensure there is sufficient space on the aircraft and that your skis will be accepted. If you arrive at the airport without pre-registering your skis, your ski bag may be rejected at the check-in desk.
