Skis on Flybe may be accepted for transportation upon payment of a sports equipment fee of 30 GBP.

Skis must be pre-booked on Flybe's website via Manage my Booking. Flybe accepts a maximum of only 8 ski bags per flight, so if the option to add a ski bag to your flight does not exist, this means that all 8 ski bag positions have been sold out, and your skis will not be accepted.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend to avoid flying with Flybe on your next ski vacation, and choose to fly with a different airline that will accept your ski bag without any hassle. Additionally, Flybe does not accept snowboards ("Flybe do not accept snowboards" is the official policy on their website) as checked luggage, so if a family member snowboards, you may be out of luck.
