Each passenger is allowed one (1) musical instrument on board as a "carry-on" item, so long as they do not exceed the maximum linear surface area (length + width + height) 45 inches. Subject to space restrictions.

Checking-In Musical Instruments on Aeromexico Flights
You are able to substitute, at no additional fee, 1 musical instrument instead of 1 checked bag, so long as they do not exceed dimensions established. Additional musical instruments will cost $150 each as checked bags.
